Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the original date of purchase. If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it for you hassle free. Just send us an email request to [email protected] and we will handle the exchange process for you.


Refunds are not possible because once you pay for your order all commissions to all upline members are paid out right away and cannot be returned.
